Support
The questions travellers send us most often, answered. Still stuck? A single email reaches us.
Write to us
Email support@fizztrip.com and someone on the team will answer. Adding your order number helps us get to it sooner.
Setting up your eSIM
Once your plan is paid, an email arrives with an Install eSIM button. iPhones on iOS 17.4 or newer need a single tap. On Android, copy the activation code and paste it into Settings. Opened on a computer, the page shows a QR code instead, which you scan with the phone you are taking along. The eSIM page under Your eSIMs on fizztrip.com works for installing too.
Do the install before the trip, at home and on Wi-Fi. When you land, switch data roaming on for the Fizztrip line. Calls and messages keep coming in on your usual line.
Sending an eSIM to someone
A link is enough to pass a working eSIM to another person. Open that eSIM on fizztrip.com and choose Share. The person who opens the link sees the QR code and can install it on their phone.
Each shared eSIM can be installed one time. Sent it to the wrong person? Switch the link off on the eSIM page, and it stops working right away.
When data runs low
A few taps on the eSIM page add more data. You keep the same eSIM, so there is nothing to reinstall on the road. With a day pass, the allowance refills by itself each day.
Fizztrip Money and invites
Fizztrip Money is account credit, earned through invites and now and then given as a gift. At checkout it is used first, automatically, and only the rest goes on your card. When the credit pays for the full order, your card is not charged.
Refunds
An eSIM that nobody has installed can usually be cancelled, and both the amount charged and any credit used come back to you. After a profile is on a phone it can never be used again, so if you have doubts, talk to us first and install later. Email support@fizztrip.com and we'll take care of it.
Compatibility
You need an unlocked phone with eSIM support. That covers iPhone XS and later, plus most recent Android models, Google Pixel and Samsung Galaxy among them. Dial *#06# to find out: an EID on screen means your phone takes eSIM. A quick check before buying means you never pay for a plan your phone can't run.
